cant you adjust the trims on the tx and glue the pot in place on te servo and boar out the bit in the servo that grips the pot

iv got 2 servo controller boards with motors and adjusted pot one with plug on the end of the lead and one without both work and make great lo amp light speed controllers if you desolder the motors collect or if you are near worthing near brighton ill drop off
