Re: Walker rule clarification? Unusual design.
Like a back-and-forth vibration? It would still lack a mechanism to walk though. Directional bristles are more akin to the motion of a tracked robot than anything classed as legged.

Re: Walker rule clarification? Unusual design.
Simply using 2 spinners to gyro your robot along (like Clean Sweeper in America, I'm guessing?) wouldn't be a walker because it's still just using rotational movement to propel forwards. The simplest way to change it to a walker would be some sort of twist foot mechanism, like Rex in Battlebots or h...

Hey Ian,
The DX6i is fine for ants (and most robots, I drove my heavyweight with one) and has mixing. Stick "DX6i mixing" into YouTube for a ton of tutorial videos on how to do it, plus a load of other handy tips.
Dave.

Re: AWS55 - 30th June 2018 - Dunchurch Village Hall
You're doing fine, my friend. Give yourself time to breathe and don't worry. When all is said and done, if you have a room, an arena and Antlog running, and everyone turns up and listens, then we can run the event fine. You've already finished the hard bit. We can carry you over the finish line if n...
