Hard to get the thickness exact but I have a bench grinder
Its handy for some free form grinding and these things are 20-30 quid or so
Great for sharpening things etc as well

I had problems with Sabertooth running 2 motors and a servo through the BEC
I built a 6V regulator for the servo direct off the battery. That solved the issues

Need a proper lid for the top

Probably call it Push-it for lack of inspiration Motors: 50:1 HP Wheels : 42mm Pololu Armour : 5mm HDPE on the sides with some carbon fibre and glass fibre sheets top and bottom Front scoops : 0.6 mm titanium Pololu motor controller with Hobbyking DSM...
