Re: The smart ant's and flea's

Very impressive! The gyro and accelerometer functions look very interesting indeed. What's the specs of the motor drivers? Think you might sell them with a receiver pre-attached? Can the pins on the underside be easily removed to save space?

Re: June 4 2016 - The Oxford Games, Carterton

I'm afraid I won't be able to attend, as I already have plans for that weekend. I know you had issues, but announcing the date for something like this two weeks in advance is frankly untenable. I'm sure I won't be the only one who either won't have time to prepare or will already have plans. It sure...

Re: Peter Wallers Robot Ramblings

This material sounds incredible! I look forward to seeing how it holds up in combat.

Can you dye it after printing, or does it need to be before?

Re: AWS 49 - Coventry - April 30th 2016

Hi all! Big thanks to Joey, Tracy, and a surprise appearance from Dave Weston for helping me get the venue all set up this evening. Due to the extra manpower, there's not much left to do in the morning, so as a change from the advertised schedule, we won't be at the venue until 9am. I doubt anyone w...

Re: AWS 49 - Coventry - April 30th 2016

Hi all! Sign-ups are now officially closed! We had a good few last-minute entries that have pushed us up to 70 registered robots total. I know some of these aren't ants, and I believe there's at least one person who's unable to make it, but we've still got a reasonable number. As usual, if anyone ha...

Re: AWS 50

Whoever ends up running it, I'd like to suggest we hand out some "lifetime achievement" awards to those who have been with, and contributed to, the antweight community the most over the years :).

Hi all!

Sign-ups will be closing at midnight on Thursday. In order to make our lives easier, please ensure you have signed up by then!

Additionally, if you know any roboteers who seldom visit the forum or who haven't signed up yet, please give them a poke for me :).

Thanks!

Re: AWS 49 - Coventry - April 30th 2016

Thanks for the hard work Gary :). May I please bring everyone's attention to this sentence from the original post: "Please only sign up Antweights on AntLog. Nanos and Fleas will have a separate sign up on the day." If you have more than 4 robots signed up on AntLog, we will be contacting ...
