i would say 0.5mm G5 or 1mm G1 ti for the crushing arm.
Evil pig sty's chasis is 1.2mm, I dont think 0.7mm would be up to it for a chasis

im going to make a cylinder for my pneumatic ant which will be 20mm bore 30mm stroke,
What should I use for the seals?
Also I'm looking for a 3/2 solenoid valve that weighs <15g and is under £50 so if anyone could post me a link to one that would be great.

I use that valve and it works at 8bar(ish) it isnt the best valve as it has a useless flow rate

The most expensive one I bought was £22 :)
Ebay is your best bet for them you can pick them up really cheap and they often appear up type in: pro peak charger

I think so...
I would recommend the second one I now have 3 of them and they are brilliant and will charge any battery type from 1.2v to 30v
