Blimey!Could you get the hardox milled? Or is it too hard? I used a heavy bar in the barbarian, it proved to be completely undriveable because of the weight! Was great fun though!

Thanks a lot! The beater weapon took 2 prints to get right. Thanks to the incorrect mass being quoted on shape ways forums for steel, the first one was 20g too heavy. Rather than making the weapon smaller, I hollowed out the inside face by 1.5mm. The finish was not very good out the box, it took qui...
