Does any one know where the older versions of the rules are to see where some of these inconsistancies have crept in. I thought the rules originally specifically excluded servo horns but then when you get to my age the old memory is not what it was once.

I agree that most ants are shuffle bots but I think Oliver has built true walker in the past. The whole point is that if you allow a design where the feet perform a circular movement around the axis of the drive all you need to do is cut slots across you wheel and call it a walker.

That is about it Simon my argumants are this. There is no antweight WS rule about a failsafe as far as I can remember, correct me if I am wrong, it just crept in at some events. Secondly a fail safe can usually only detect pulses outside the normal range of 1-2 ms which will not filter out interfanc...

I usually have about seven but you are only allowed to enter 3 rollers and 1 walker in an Antweight World Series Event. Any more and it causes to many clashes and delays.

Thats the Mill I have and its more than upto antweight work.
I use a vice on mine but its not perfect. When you are milling polycarb down to a thin section it does tend to bend under the pressure of the vice but with such small parts it would be difficult to use clamps.

The motor is about 17 grams and the pump about 12 grams.
I will be putting some pictures up on my site together with a diagram of the suction cup eventually.

I think it was just a combination of the viration from the pump and the spinner causing it to fall out. Unfortunatly it fell into the spinner which punched a neat hole in the case before firing it into the poly carb cover. Amazingly it still worked so I just held it in with double sided tape for the...

I wouldn't worry too much as a pusher they are good but the spinner on Militant had to be reduced in weight so much to accomodate the vacuum system it has become useless. It lost 4 out of 4 fights at Reading.
