Well, i bit the bullet and ordered an orangutang pololu b238 to connect to my RX 43-D from deltang. Im thinking might been easier to buy a peterwaller device, but i like to do things the difficult way... Thanks, i been working on it for while getting and sourcing, programming and whatnot, but the blade is something i yet to weigh and build, but im hoping not much! Once i got the basic frame setup i will get the blade made and checked, but should be 10-20g? not sure... prob 10ish, hey im just guessin...

To reduce warping, see if yu can invest in a heated build plate (heat to 70 for PLA and 110 for ABS) otherwise add 'ears' to the corner for additional surface area sticking around corners to stop warping (as warping occurs in the ears which are cut off) http://www.makerbot.com/blog/2011/02/25/mouse-...
