15mm Nylon?! That's the same thickness I use on Drumroll II. You sure you gonna be alright for weight, as that amount of Nylon will be a fair chunk of it.

That looks awesome! Why not just call it Blue (Da Ba Dee, Da Ba Dai), which you can sing/play every time it enters the arena, much to the dismay of every sane person in the room

I thought Robot In-Dentistry looked pretty similar?
