Re: What is it with Americans and imperial units?

Honestly, I visualise distances in feet. It comes from working with scaffolding I guess. Inches are lost on me, I'm entirely metric for precise measurements, but if you ask me how tall a building is or how long that house is, my guesstimate would always be in feet. Re: A Hotel, constructed of Limas, for Ants: A Build Diary

That was a hell of an event, never have I seen so great a density of human! Now that's over though, I'm about to set off back to home where I plan to absolutely knuckle down...

I'm off to London this weekend, but next week I plan to have rebuilds going!

Re: Pink servo??

Can someone give me a real quick breakdown as to why this one would be a bad idea? From my understanding of the numbers, it just looks... good. And I highly suspect I'm missing something. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/FATJAY-KINGMAX-KM1203MD-20g-9kg-cm-digital-metal-gear-mini-servo-full-CNC-alumin...

These new ones were sold as 500rpm 6v 30:1 N20s and as of yet I've no reason to doubt them. And yeah, it's mentally fast comparitively! :D
