Re: deodorANT & friends
If you pay for 'em you can have 'em :P Nah I'm gonna try them out and see what they're like. I bought a solid state RC switch from the same seller to use as a trigger for the bigger relay controlling the Speed 900 in Drumroll but I think I don't think it was designed to be connected the way I needed...

Re: deodorANT & friends
Really? Crap
Bought two of the 2A ones for the antweight but never got round to using them, and then got two of the 8A ones for the beetle, but still haven't got round to testing them. Least I know what to expect now!

You know only one of your robots will be working, 7 months before the event? That's some impressive foresight

Re: Who wants Robot Wars to come back to TV?

Alternatively having Richard Hammond would be cool, but I'm not sure ...

Re: Who wants Robot Wars to come back to TV?
I think the games should be brought back. Watching Series 1 and 2 on Youtube recently made me realise just how much it had changed. It felt more like a game show in the early days (small things like Phillippa standing on the pendulum while explaining how each round worked etc) whereas the latter ser...
