Re: Team 1202 Build Diary

Looking to get back into the game after being along to AWS 54 and missing 55.

I now have access to a decent printer. So my question is is ABS the way to go for printed chassis?

Thanks

Re: Unathodox ant challange

One of the original ideas of ants was that anyone could build any arena and challenge all-comers to battle in it. With the massive increases in weaponry and the consequent need for a "bulletproof" battlebox this idea has rather fallen by the wayside. It's too expensive and/or complicated ...

Unathodox ant challange

Re: My 3d Printing saga

So getting somewhere with pla now. But contemplating switching to abs.

I am not sure my bed will go beyond 60 degrees. Would that and the abs slurry be the best bet to get bed adhesion.

Having fun tho!

Re: My 3d Printing saga

Got solid inspector 2. Will look into the others. Do i need solid inspector 1 also? I personally use solid inspector 1 90% of the time. It's only if stuff is really bad I use 2. I find 1 quicker if it's one or two things disrupting the net. I can't remember my PLA temps, haven't printed PLA in year...
