Progress report Tidal Wave 2 is almost finished, I had a few hours fitting all of the parts today. Drive is in and so is most of the pneumatics- a bit of wiring and plumbing left to do before it is submitted on friday but that won't take too long. Then all I have to do is get the logo laser cut for ...

I thought I mentioned this earlier- obviously not The only reason that it is tapped together at the moment is because it it my D.T project for school and I need it to be finished by next week. It will not be fighting until it has been marked and after that it will be welded together to increase the ...

Thanks for all of the nice comments. This is the first time that I have used HDPE and I am very impressed, it was easy to cut and work with and so far seems more than strong enough for the chassis. I will be fitting the drive and plumbing the flipper tomorrow- I will try to get some videos online wh...

Dave,

it may have been a quick build but it certainly worked. I flipped it loads and it just keeps on going (unlike shockwave whose link came out).

When is your next event??

It is looking very likely that Tidal Wave 2 will be finished in time although it won't be fighting because it is my D.T project for school. Is it ok if I film a test between shows??

Also if ants are running I might have one by then.

We will be going to this one as well.

This should be the debut of Whirlpool Evo and possibly Tidal Wave 2.

As usual, Shockwave and Aftershock will be going.

We went last year and it was a fantastic show with around 2500 people over the 3 shows.

I think I should be able to come to this one with my feathers by then we should have 6 featherweights and possibly a heavy.

Also i will have been off for 5 weeks before then so it would be good to have an event to get ready for.
