Aha, that is fine, i have some side walls that can be added, so have this covered. If it therefore is alright, we will soon have an AWS approved arena at Swindon Makerspace.

I have kept it to AWS specifications, and have built it well. The question i had in the back of my mind has now resurfaced, and before i finish ...

Re: New style Argos drill motors: A Teardown

How are those drill motor mounts coming along?

Am looking to design my own custom ones, for my bot from metal and wondered if you found any snags or things to note?

Re: TinyTwo Speed Controllers

Those micro Rx are good, although I have the original ones from Deltang, but I'm sure the banggood ones are direct copies.

I use them with my baby-o controller, so much weight saving!

Have you modified the code on the controller chip to work with these rx?

Re: Low cost DIY esc

Perhaps a look at Arduino connected to a motor driver, a very simple circuit if you just use the arduino bootloaded atmel chip and make i pcb breadboard to motor controller. Take a look here: https://www.sparkfun.com/tutorials/348 Then take a look at the motor driver chassis circuit, and design your...
