I assume the date is 12 September as the date format you used is abit confusing for old fella like me! You are right about the date Simon. Itś the format the events database uses and not Jackś choice! Actually itś very logical to use yyyy-mm-dd as then dates automatically sort into chronological or...

In an act of stupidity , i completely mangled the antenna on my receiver , this was quite a while ago and since then its been sitting in box doing nothing , earlier today i looked up the ariel length of another 40 mhz receiver , i cut a bit of wire to length and soldered it on , at most i can get 3...

Great idea to have a site on how to build bots as whilst RW101 is a great place you do need to really hunt around to find out all the info you need.

Thanks fellas.

I've got screws and a soldering iron, so I'll be in the garden later experimenting.

I've also been testing my flipper on some diecast toys, which has been great fun.

I've no idea how I'm going to put this all together............
