Re: GeorgeR's robots

That's such a good looking hammer bot, can't wait to see what it can do.

Re: "Flip-it” new build/project

A guide would be great, one day I would love to introduce a club at my school.

Re: Fulford's Ant

I have some epoxy I can use but I think I'll wait to the next version. I don't think this version will see combat just testing.

Re: Fulford's Ant

Progress is slow, but progress is progress. The whole thing is very rough, my build skills don't match my design skills yet. The polycarb the motors are mounted to is only hot glued in place, but as this is only really a prototype build i think I can live with that. https://i.imgur.com/aIiPCdm.jpg B...

Re: "Flip-it” new build/project

That makes sense, although I could see using the analog stick button to be a bit of a pain.

The 3d printed mount sounds like a good idea, will you add any other buttons to that?

Your kids are really lucky to have you putting in all this work for them!

Re: "Flip-it” new build/project

This seems like a really neat solution, as someone who know nothing about programing will it be possible for you to add a weapon control to this set up?

Hammer bot design questions.

Hi, I know hammer bots aren't always terribly effective but I have the urge to design one. I have a few questions before I start designing one. Looking around I've seem a few designs that use n20 motors and I've seen "fire it off rudder". How exactly does firing it off rudder work? What ro...
